Ticketmaster was fined $4M for misleading customers on tickets prices

The investigation concluded that advertised prices for their tickets did not reflect the actual cost to its customers.

According to the Competition Bureau, Ticketmaster has already reviewed its online practices to comply with the law.




The federal agency now expects others to do so.

In addition to paying his penalty, Ticketmaster must also pay $ 500,000 to the Competition Bureau to reimburse the investigation.
